The quality & texture of our Gherkins is acclaimed by our consumers.  Our Gherkins our harvested throughout the year and quality is checked on a daily basis.

We pickle Gherkins of many sizes ranging from 15mm-45mm.   We produce in bottles & bulk packed into wooden crates containing 400Kg each.   We can supply at 60-90-120 days after fermentation [daf].

Coconut Vinegar [Cocos Nucifera]

Pure Coconut toddy is allowed to mature for 30 days in vats & ferment until 5% alcohol.

We can now supply 12% alcohol for special orders.


Kitul Treacle [Caryota Urens]

The sap that is collected from the flower is heated at a constant temperature for a few hours is brought to a simmer when the mixture turns into a golden brown color & thickens.  This is very sweet & used for the manufacture of sweets.


Kitul Jaggery [Caryota Urens]
(Kurasato)

Allowing the Kitul treacle to harden makes Kitul Jaggery.   This is breakable into pieces & could be crushed into powder.  Available in 20 gram & 500 gram cubes.

Preparing Kitul Jaggery

  • Select a healthy flower from a kitul tree
  • Cut the flower & sterilize with spices
  • Collect the sap & filter it twice
  • Heat the sap until it becomes treacle
  • After solidifying, cut into small pieces
