Introducing ourselves, we are the Ni-Cey Group of
Companies. Our parent organization, Ni-Cey International (Pvt) Ltd was established
in 1991.
At the commencement, this centered around the export of
conventional and organic tea, instant tea vending machines, instant tea in sachets in
different flavors & natural spices and Eco-friendly salt produced to IMO standards
& bittern. We have found that it is essential that we introduce natural products
to our clients in order to live healthier lives.
With diversification programme in clear focus, our next
step was into international freight forwarding, working in close co-ordination with our
excellent business partners in Japan. We launched an associate company, Freight
Consolidators Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, now the exclusive agents for Trico International in Japan.
We provide a complete range of services covering both sea
and air freight imports and exports. The services cover consolidation, cargo
packaging, crating, clearing, forwarding, with a door to door delivery system and
transshipment of air & sea cargo from Colombo.
Working closely with a global network of NVOCC operators,
we offer attractive rates and a specialized service ex Japanese sea ports/airports, with
excellently equipped warehousing facilities in Japan.
Our associate company also provides LCL facilities,
specializing in the point-to-point handling of personal cargo. A special feature of
the services our associate company provides is door-to-door, hand-to-hand handling of
personal cargo of the Sri Lankan community resident in Japan and Japanese nationals on
assignment and resident in Sri Lanka.
